Q. Describe your past systems engineering projects, and what was your role?

A systems engineer can also be seen as an “engineer manager.” This is because they are responsible for managing engineers from different technical backgrounds that combine to build the product. Their scope also extends into the business side of things as they communicate with stakeholders, understand user requirements, and estimate project costs. That is why a systems engineer should know a bit about everything.
