According to Careerist Guarantee if you believe you qualify for a reimbursement, you must provide Careerist Inc. (within thirty (30) days following the expiration date of the Guarantee Period) with a written and signed certification that you have met all requirements set forth in Careerist Guarantee Terms, and have not been offered any Qualifying Positions.

Please attach all documentary proof that you have satisfied all eligibility requirements, including proof that you have complied with the “Commitment to the Training Program and Your Own Success" section of the Careerist Guarantee.
Please be informed that Careerist Inc. has a right to request additional information and documents to those listed below, subject to the Guarantee Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, additional information on W-2 /Form 1040 U.S. Individual income annual tax return, and/or a copy of employment / engagement agreement to verify the information that you have not been offered the Qualifying Position during the Guarantee Period.
